Custom work depends on the item, material, artwork, and production method. These policies help set expectations before production starts.
Digital Proof Before Production
For most custom jobs, we provide a digital proof or production summary before making the final item. Production begins after approval. Please check spelling, layout, names, dates, colors, and placement carefully.
Returns on Custom Orders
Because custom orders are made specifically for you, approved custom orders are generally not returnable. If there is a production error, quality issue, or the finished work does not match the approved proof, contact us so we can review and make it right when appropriate.
Customer-Provided Items
Customer-provided items may be accepted after review. Some items carry risk because materials, coatings, shapes, or prior finishes can react differently to UV printing, decals, or laser engraving. We will discuss concerns before production when they are known.
Artwork Rights
Please only send artwork, photos, logos, and designs that you own or have permission to use. We cannot reproduce trademarked, copyrighted, or licensed artwork without permission from the rights holder.
Color and Material Variation
Colors can vary between screens, proofs, materials, lighting, and production methods. Laser engraving results vary by material and coating. UV print adhesion and decal life depend on surface prep, surface type, exposure, abrasion, and installation.
Waterproof Decals and Outdoor Use
Waterproof UV decals are designed for durable use, including many outdoor applications, but lifespan depends on surface, prep, installation, sun exposure, cleaning products, abrasion, and environment. Testing is recommended for unusual surfaces or harsh use.
3D Printed Items
3D printed parts have material and design limitations. Strength, heat resistance, finish, layer lines, and fit depend on material, print orientation, design, and intended use. Functional or load-bearing parts should be reviewed carefully before use.
Shipping and Timing
Turnaround depends on project type, order size, proof approval, material availability, and production schedule. Shipping time is separate from production time. If you have a deadline, include it with your quote request.
